Lighting is the whole game
Executive headshots live or die on lighting. Ask for a soft key light with a subtle rim light, a neutral gray or softly blurred office background, and sharp focus on the eyes. That combination reads as "professional studio" in any industry.
Wardrobe and expression
Name the clothing precisely — navy suit, black turtleneck, white blouse — and ask for a natural, relaxed expression. Avoid the word "perfect": models interpret it as plastic skin. "Natural skin texture" produces far more believable results.
What to put in the negative prompt
Harsh flash, distorted features, busy backgrounds, and watermarks are the usual suspects. With those excluded and the lighting recipe above, a generated headshot can hold its own next to a studio session for LinkedIn, company pages, and press kits.
